Martial Arts at Kalvhagen STHLM

One hour of Martial Arts (probably MMA, otherwise Kickboxing) at the local gym Kalvhagen STHLM on November 4 at 19-20. For the interested we can do 30min afterwards of mixed sweating.

Exercise clothes
Mouthguard, cup (crotch protection) if you have and wants to sparr. Otherwise we’ll make it work anyway

Shinguards
We might have a helmet if you really need/want one
